CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 50% service cancellation and 100% no show fee charged upon your original appointment service past the reschedule window time. 1 reschedule per appointment within 48 hours prior to your time slot this includes changes of service. Booking more than one time slot for one appointment will result in a cancellation fee. All appointments require confirmation and waivers to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment time or they will be seen as a cancellation/no show. Please note we accept foreign fill ins once per client. Please do not wear waterproof mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment as it does not remove easily. We may have to decline the appointment. Arrival to appointment needing a full set without time slot will be charged a cancellation fee. Lateness without notifying us within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation of 100% service charge. Please be advised lash training and service deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
